NOTES:  We are not sure who this William might be, though it is possible that he was the William of Sedbergh who married Elizabeth Heuakson of Ravenstonedale in 1677, and the father of Thomas, Ann and William, who were christened in Ravenstonedale in 1678, 1680 and 1685 ... could this be the Elizabeth mentioned? The John Dalton who is mentioned in the Bond was the vicar of Ravenstonedale who held office there from 1697 - 1705.  We have not yet managed to locate an actual will.
